OMG!!! I think I have COVID-19!

Click the button below for the self-assessment tool, or call the office and we will link you with an RN to provide an assessment and referral for testing if necessary.  You must have a referral from a medical professional for testing, you CAN NOT just present at a testing site in person

FACT OR FICTION?

How do I know if what I am reading is real??  The link below will take you a reliable website with facts and videos that you can trust.  Please take the time to have a look and educate yourself.  Misinformation can be just as harmful as the virus itself.

*** EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, THERE WILL BE NO WALK IN PATIENTS IN THE OFFICE, PLEASE DO NOT PRESENT TO THE OFFICE UNLESS ADVISED BY A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL IN THE LAST 24 HOURS AND ALL PATIENTS MUST BE WEARING SOME FORM OF FACE COVERING (MASK, SCARF OR BANDANA). ***

We here at HCHC care about patients health and well-being above all and have put several new measures in place to treat patients, young and old, during these stressful times.

During this time we have changed our office to a virtual environment.  This doesn't mean that you will not be treated, diagnosed or cared for, we are just trying to limit the person-to-person contact in the office for the safety of our patients.

Until the Ministry of Health and Long-term Care deems to safe to do so, all patients should call the office for a regular appointment as previous.  However, instead of coming into the office, you will be contacted by your family physician or nurse practitioner by telephone.  We are asking that patients who would like to have an email address recorded as well, send an email with your full name and date of birth to: hchc@cogeco.net.  This will allow us to update your file with the correct information.  It will not arrange a visit or return email at this time, you must still contact the office by phone for that.
