Here at HCHC Family Health Organization, it is important to us to receive your feedback.  We want to hear about all of your experiences, good, bad or evenjust suggestions.  Negative experiences should be reported to the office at your visit.  We have complaint forms available specifically for this reason and all complaints are taken seriously and documentation is required.
